Job Summary
Recruiting Manager, Marketing & Creative responsible for developing client base and generating new business opportunities, introducing services via video, telephone and in-person meetings with clients to expand service utilization; recruiting, evaluating and placing marketing and creative professionals in full-time positions; delivering outstanding customer service to clients and candidates; providing consistent communication and career guidance to candidates; participating in industry trade associations to increase local presence and opportunities in the market.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2+ years’ of experience in marketing, branding, advertising, public relations or creative design-related field and/or successful permanent placement recruiting experience required
