Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive candidate and target group analyses to identify relevant skills for building our talent pool. Independently establish Active Sourcing pipelines using Boolean search on LinkedIn and other platforms, while performing individual outreach to achieve high response rates. Manage end-to-end candidate engagement to ensure a positive experience, and co-develop targeted Recruiting Ads with the team to improve campaign performance. Structure multiple parallel searches while collaborating with the HR team to refine the personal acquisition strategy. This role focuses exclusively on Active Sourcing and Direct Search within a growing company in Hamburg, requiring strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Mindestens 2 Jahre nachweisbare Erfahrung im Active Sourcing bzw. Direct Search, nicht nur im klassischen Recruiting
- Abgeschlossenes Studium, Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit HR-Bezug
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsstärke, selbstbewusstes und authentisches Auftreten am Telefon und im persönlichen Kontakt
- Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise, auch bei mehreren parallel laufenden Suchen
- Erste Erfahrung mit KI-Tools und die Motivation, sie aktiv und nachhaltig einzusetzen
