Job Summary
Experienced recruiter for wellness/nut nutraceutical industry sought to lead full-cycle recruiting from a remote position. Responsibilities include identifying new clients, sourcing and qualifying candidates, conducting phone/video interviews, coordinating offers and onboarding, maintaining client/applicant files, and helping meet weekly/monthly hiring goals. Requires agency/large-firm experience, a bachelor’s degree (business/HR preferred), proficiency with CRM/ATS and Google Workspace, and strong communication. Remote role with potential weekend work; compensation $50K-$60K plus commission and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources or a related field ideal
- minimum of 1 year of full cycle recruiting experience with a larger regional or National Staffing Firm
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and CRM
- strong communication and organizational skills
- flexible Monday-Friday schedule with occasional weekends
