Job Summary
Conduct daily recruiting operations by managing job postings, executing email and call blasts, and evaluating applicant viability for Supplemental Health Care clients. Coach, staff, and mentor field talent while overseeing credentialing, compliance, and the Talent for Life scorecard to maintain 90% retention. Drive gross profit goals through value calculator management and achieve 100% of personal revenue budgets and Joint Commission compliance standards. Handle weekly performance reporting, payroll, and housing arrangements for field talent, acting as office lead when the Manager is absent. Negotiate salary and benefits in line with financial objectives and support HR and quality assurance functions. Work flexible schedules including after-hours and on-call duties to service field talent requests.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in recruiting, staffing, production methods, human resources, and/or similar or relevant work experience
- Knowledge of proper grammar, spelling and rules of composition
- Knowledge of principles and methods for selling recruiting services; this includes marketing strategy and tactics, sales techniques, and sales management systems
- Ability to work independently and with other team members
- Ability to organize and complete work in a timely manner
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
- Ability to multi-task
- Must have a working knowledge of computers and software systems including Microsoft Office Products and the Internet
- Must be able to work for prolonged periods of sitting, typing and use of the phone and computer
- Must be detail-oriented and highly organized
- Must successfully complete onboarding training/tutorials and attend future webcasts/trainings as required
