Job Summary
Maintain and support staffing needs by developing relationships with candidates, processing inquiries, and conducting scheduled and walk-in interviews. Collaborate with management to create job postings, attend career fairs, and coordinate training for new hires. Proactively identify passive job seekers, screen applicants, and foster partnerships with directors and field employees. Utilize social media platforms to source candidates and collaborate on strategic recruitment initiatives. Requires a bachelor's degree, 2+ years recruiting experience, and ability to travel between Braintree, Plymouth, and Hyannis MA.
