Recruiting Manager, Home Care

Recruiting Manager for Home Care responsible for overseeing full-cycle recruitment for Home Health Aides across service territories. Manage sourcing through onboarding, develop and maintain relationships with candidates, referrals, and community partners, and guide candidates through the hiring process. Collaborate with office leadership to develop recruiting strategies and job postings; attend career fairs and events; conduct sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection; recruit active and passive job seekers using multiple methods; coordinate onboarding, orientation, training, and new hire support; leverage social media and recruiting tools to attract top talent; partner with directors, office staff, field employees, and fellow recruiters to achieve hiring goals; participate in strategic initiatives to enhance recruitment and retention. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree and healthcare recruiting experience is a plus. Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills, proficiency with ATS and technology, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
