Job Summary
Maintain staffing needs for Plymouth, Braintree, and Hyannis MA offices by processing inquiries, conducting interviews, and sourcing passive candidates. Develop job postings, coordinate training for new hires, and foster partnerships with directors and field staff. Lead strategic recruitment initiatives while utilizing social media platforms to drive candidate flow. Travel between offices every other week to support local operations.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of standard HR concepts, practices, and procedures
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to travel between Braintree, Plymouth, and Hyannis MA. Must be in each office minimum every other week.

- Bachelors degree
