Job Summary
As a Recruiting Manager, your primary responsibilities include developing and expanding a client base, recruiting and placing finance and accounting professionals in full-time positions, and providing exceptional customer service to clients and candidates. You will also deliver career guidance, engage in industry trade associations to enhance community presence, and leverage finance and accounting experience to grow the business. A bachelor's degree in a business-related field and at least 2 years of relevant experience are required, with CPA or MBA preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Business related degree, ideally in finance or accounting
- 2+ years’ of experience in public/industry accounting/finance and/or successful permanent placement recruiting experience
