Recruiting Manager (Finance & Accounting)

Develop and grow a client base by introducing services via video, telephone, and in-person meetings with new and existing clients to expand utilization. Recruit, evaluate, and place finance and accounting professionals in full-time positions while delivering outstanding customer service to both clients and candidates. Provide consistent communication and career guidance to candidates and participate in industry trade associations to increase presence within the local finance and accounting community. Requires a business-related degree in finance or accounting, with CPA or MBA preferred, and 2+ years of experience in public or industry accounting/finance. Full-time role with a typical salary range of $50,000 to $70,000, eligible for performance-based bonuses.
