Job Summary
Lead end-to-end recruitment for APAC, partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, strategies, and candidate profiles; build and maintain talent pipelines across multiple functions and geographies; conduct screenings and interviews, manage offers and negotiations, and drive a positive candidate experience. Develop creative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter and referrals, perform market mapping, and provide data-driven insights to optimize hiring effectiveness. Act as a trusted advisor on recruitment best practices, calibration of roles, interview design, and hiring decisions, while supporting employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives across cross-cultural teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment
- Proven track record of hiring for diverse functions and seniority levels
- Strong sourcing capabilities and experience engaging passive candidates
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Experience with ATS platforms and recruitment technologies
