Job Summary
Senior Recruiting Lead for International Consumer Banking (Revenue) responsible for end-to-end recruitment across commercial and product strategy roles in UK & Europe. Develop and execute direct sourcing strategies, manage multiple requisitions, partner with senior stakeholders to define role requirements and market expectations, build talent maps across incumbents and fintechs, provide market intelligence for TA strategy and workforce planning, conduct structured assessments to improve quality of hire, nurture future pipelines, advise leaders on role design and trade-offs, and drive process improvements with governance within a regulated financial services context.
Required Qualifications
- Substantial in-house or search-side recruiting experience in financial services (commercial/product/strategy)
- Deep knowledge of UK and European retail/consumer banking talent market
- Experience delivering at pace in complex, matrix environments with multiple senior stakeholders
- Direct sourcing and passive candidate engagement at senior levels
- Structured end-to-end recruitment processes from brief through offer
- Experience engaging with product and strategy leaders on talent landscape
- Experience building talent maps and pipelines
- Ability to advise on role design and market trade-offs
- Familiarity with governance requirements in regulated financial services environments
