Job Summary
Recruiting Intern/Volunteer duties include assisting the Recruitment/Selection Specialist to source, interview and screen applications for Aparecio Foundation positions, promote career development internally, and develop workforce plans for current and future roles. Responsibilities include developing appropriate recruiting strategies for a nonprofit, implementing recruitment processes, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting basic phone screens, auditing files, creating offer letters and reporting duties, encouraging participation in recruitment efforts, and regular progress discussions with a supervisor. Qualifications specify a Bachelor’s Degree with Masters preferred and some related work experience; position is unpaid and in-person, located in Chicago, IL.
