Job Summary
Recruiting Intern: manage recruiting channels (social media, job platforms, events), assist the recruiting team with sourcing, screening and onboarding candidates for various HQ roles, draft job advertisements, test new channels and perform initial performance analyses, research talents, conduct first interviews, maintain applicant management, and contribute ideas to attract top talent for Buena.
Required Qualifications
- Deutsch (C2) und gute Englischkenntnisse.
