Job Summary
Recruiting Intern will build and maintain talent pools across roles and own the intern recruiting end-to-end, interacting with leadership and representing Leland on campus. The role involves campus engagement, sourcing and screening candidates, managing candidate experience, and using AI tools (Claude, n8n) to automate repetitive tasks. You’ll gain exposure to HR systems (Ashby, Gusto, Slack), support office management and People Operations projects, and collaborate with the Head of People. Requires in-person work in Lehi, UT for 40 hours/week in summer and 20+ hours/week in fall/spring semesters; strong organizational, communication, and sales/persuasion skills desirable.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a business degree with an expected graduation date of 2027 or 2028
- Available to work in-person in Lehi, UT for 40 hours/week during summer and 20+ hours/week during fall/spring semesters
- Experience in recruiting, sales or other customer-facing position preferred
