Job Summary
Recruiting Coordinator to support our Talent team by owning logistics, coordination, and candidate experience across the hiring process. On-site role at Hawthorne, CA headquarters. Responsibilities include scheduling phone/video/onsite interviews across multiple teams/time zones, delivering a high-quality candidate experience, maintaining candidate records in Greenhouse, coordinating candidate travel and expenses, driving process improvements, and partnering with recruiters and hiring teams. Ideal for an early-career candidate looking to grow into recruiting, talent operations, or HR. Requires strong calendar management, excellent written/verbal communication, and discretion with confidential information.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 1+ years experience
- Experience managing complex calendars
- Experience with Outlook and Microsoft Office
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of organization
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Willing to relocate to Hawthorne, CA or based there
