Job Summary
Recruiting Coordinator with remote, assignment-based role to support the Talent Acquisition team across multiple client assignments. Responsibilities include conducting pre-hire checks, scheduling interviews, inputting requisition data and job ads, tracking confidential candidate information, maintaining accurate candidate records, communicating with candidates throughout the recruitment process (reminders, logistics, post-hire/pre-start engagement), assisting recruiters with job requisition maintenance, screening, reference calls, assessments, and other recruiting tasks, maintaining high candidate experience and customer satisfaction, building relationships with the Talent Acquisition team, and participating in regular staffing activity calls. Also perform additional responsibilities as required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience scheduling and screening a high-volume number of applicants
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to multi-task in a high-volume, fast paced environment
- Ability to work from a home office during standard Monday through Friday business times
- Detail oriented and highly organized
- Self-motivated and passionate about talent acquisition
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written with internal and external contacts
- Accustomed to working with varying leadership levels through the Executive Level
- Must be flexible to work with a new client
- Salary Range: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour, depending on experience and geographic location.
