Job Summary
Coordinate complex interview requests and secure candidate availability by managing scheduling conflicts, booking meeting rooms, and arranging travel logistics. Act as a Subject Matter Expert on Workday Recruiting to provide system support to Hiring Managers and Recruiters while reviewing new requisitions for accuracy and prompt allocation. Facilitate successful interview days, send and track candidate assessments, and support the production of offer letters and employment agreements. Manage candidate expenses, purchase orders, and post-offer onboarding processes to ensure a positive candidate experience. Proactively build relationships with internal and external stakeholders while maintaining high attention to detail across multiple time zones.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with calendar management and scheduling
- Ability to manage and prioritize a high volume of requests
- High level attention to detail
- Ability to stay organized with the dedication to follow up
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 1-3 years' experience in Coordination role
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and administrative tools
- Proven expertise with complex and high-volume scheduling
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experienced users of Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Capability to interact with people across all levels of business with a high customer service orientation and a focus on building high quality relationships
- Capability to manage and prioritize a high volume of requests in a fast-paced environment and provide remote support
Desired Qualifications
- Managing scheduling in a Talent acquisition environment
- Outlook exposure to SharePoint and ability to navigate a shared document hub
- Familiar with different functionalities within Outlook example- Templates
- Experience within Human Resources preferred
