Job Summary
Detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support Talent Acquisition on a 6-month contract. Responsible for scheduling candidate interviews (including panels and debriefs), serving as main point of contact for candidates and interviewers, managing Outlook calendars for virtual or on-site interviews, and ensuring a positive onboarding experience from offer to start date. Supports onboarding within HR systems and data entry, maintains employee files, coordinates travel logistics for day-one activities, and remains adaptable as schedules shift. Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 1-2+ years of professional experience; proficient with Microsoft Office and HR systems (SAP) preferred. Boston area preferred; remote candidates considered, with minimal travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
- 1-2+ years of professional experience in a fast-paced setting
- Demonstrated ability with technology and effectively communicating with stakeholders
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to handle confidential or sensitive information
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook) and HR systems (SAP) preferred
