Job Summary
Recruiting Coordinator to support recruitment efforts, post and maintain job ads, screen and interview candidates, coordinate interviews, and build relationships with hiring managers and the HR team. Responsibilities include developing compelling postings, sourcing and outreach, maintaining the applicant tracking system, coordinating interviews, and providing recruitment guidance and data analysis. Requires a Bachelor’s in HR or related field and 1+ years in recruitment; proficiency with MS Office, LinkedIn/Indeed job boards, and ADP Workforce Now ATS is preferred. The role emphasizes relationship-building across recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates, along with ongoing network development and recruitment marketing activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Experience with job boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now ATS preferred
- Excellent attention to detail, communication and time management skills
