Job Summary
As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will coordinate and schedule interviews across teams and time zones, ensuring candidates feel informed and supported. You will be the face of Profound for candidates, guiding them with empathy through the hiring process. The role involves managing pipelines with recruiters, collaborating on recruiting programs, and improving processes to scale effectively while maintaining the company culture. You will contribute to building the recruiting function and enhancing candidate experiences.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in recruiting coordination, financial coordination, high-volume assistant work, entertainment systems, or similar high-volume operational fields
- Passionate about people and deeply invested in creating great candidate experiences
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Exceptional communicator who knows how to build trust and bring calm to a dynamic process
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in recruiting coordination, scheduling, or people operations
- Bonus experience supporting multiple teams or high-volume hiring
