Recruiting Coordinator

Job Summary

Coordinate pre-employment screening activities, including background checks, drug screens, and reference processes through ADP, while maintaining accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System. Monitor completion of screening requirements, follow up on outstanding items, and partner with recruiters, HR, and hiring managers to facilitate a smooth hiring and onboarding process. Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates regarding pre-employment requirements and onboarding questions, track and partner with the Payroll Team for referral and sign-on bonuses, and generate recruiting metrics reports. Assist with recruiting events, career fairs, and Talent Acquisition initiatives while supporting continuous process improvement efforts. This role supports a team of over 5,000 members across 185 outpatient imaging centers, conducting more than 4 million studies annually.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 1 – 2 years of experience in Recruiting Coordination, Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or administrative support
  • Strong skills using Microsoft Office Suite
  • General knowledge of functional HR areas such as recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, etc.
  • Knowledge of and adherence to company policies and protocols
  • Knowledge and adherence to HIPAA and safety guidelines
  • Knowledge of advanced level computer skills, including Microsoft Excel
  • Skill in organizing and prioritizing work and following assignments through to completion
  • Skill in written and verbal communication
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet established deadlines
  • Ability to effectively handle details with accuracy
  • Ability to maintain regular attendance and on-time arrival to work as scheduled
  • Ability to deliver high-quality customer service to internal and external customers by communicating with integrity and compassion
  • Ability to resolve service recovery issues and understand when to escalate to the next level

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience using HR software and HRIS databases, Oracle, Ceridian Dayforce and ADP experience preferred
