Job Summary
Recruiting Coordinator for a New York team across multiple focus areas (campus, infrastructure, experienced hire, and operations). Responsibilities include supporting campus recruitment strategy, coordinating interviews, managing candidate logistics and calendars, scheduling live interviews and on-sites, supporting recruitment events, and maintaining applicant tracking systems. The role involves travel, collaboration across teams, and ensuring attention to detail and positive candidate experiences. You’ll work with teams globally, assist with recruiting operations, and be comfortable using AI tools and recruitment software to improve processes. No prior recruiting experience required, as training is provided, and the position emphasizes organization, communication, adaptability, and a proactive, people-first approach.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of professional experience in recruiting, HR, or operations (experience a plus)
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Self-starter with ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Clear communicator able to work across teams and with stakeholders
- Willingness to learn new recruiting systems and tools
- Comfortable using AI tools to work more efficiently
- Experience with recruiting tools such as Greenhouse, Workday Recruiting, Gem, Jira, or Tableau is a plus
- No financial industry experience required
