Job Summary
Recruiting Coordinator to support end-to-end recruitment operations on a 12-month contract. You will coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple stakeholders (virtual and onsite), manage candidate communications, maintain the ATS (Workday), support offer coordination, background checks, and onboarding logistics, and identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows. A hybrid in-office arrangement is required with 3 consecutive in-office days per month in Mississauga, ON. Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills are essential, with experience in high-volume recruitment and familiarity with HRIS/reporting tools being a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment coordination, talent acquisition, or HR operations.
- Experience scheduling interviews and managing candidate pipelines.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Workday).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and stakeholder coordination skills.
