Job Summary
Recruiting Coordinator supports the full recruiting process by coordinating activities among Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and candidates. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates via social media and job boards, scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate engagement, creating postings across platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice), ensuring compliance with pay transparency and EEO/OFCCP regulations, coordinating with Belonging and Inclusion initiatives, managing I-9 documentation and onboarding support, and providing ad-hoc reporting and project support. Requires high school diploma/GED (Bachelor's preferred) and 1-3 years in recruiting/HR/administrative support; travel as needed; strong communication and organizational skills; proficiency with MS Office and Workday ATS experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 1-3 years experience providing recruiting, human resources, and/or administrative support preferred
- 1-3 years experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems, specifically Workday preferred
- Ability to travel as required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of EEO/OFCCP compliance and employment law basics
- Experience coordinating onboarding and supplier/vendor interactions
- Experience creating and posting job advertisements and using online platforms
