Job Summary

Recruiting Coordinator supports salaried recruitment across FB Society’s portfolio of restaurant brands by coordinating full-cycle recruiting for hospitality roles. Responsibilities include posting and managing job requisitions, sourcing candidates via LinkedIn and resume databases, reviewing resumes, conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews with hiring managers, supporting offers and pre-employment steps, maintaining timely candidate communication, building pipelines for leadership roles, and tracking recruiting activity and basic metrics to improve hiring efficiency. This in-office role partners with the Talent Acquisition Manager, HR, and restaurant leaders to deliver a strong candidate experience across multiple brands, requiring prior hospitality management experience.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred
  • Hospitality or restaurant industry experience required
  • HR and/or recruiting experience within the hospitality industry required
  • Experience supporting multi-unit or multi-brand restaurant operations preferred
  • Proficiency with ATS and recruiting systems
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear, professional communication skills with candidates and restaurant leaders
