Job Summary
Recruiting Coordinator to join Chicago Trading Company's Talent Acquisition team, driving recruiting execution across campus and lateral hiring. Own interview scheduling and logistics end-to-end, serve as a primary candidate contact, manage pipeline and requisition tracking, drive campus recruiting events and university relationships, ensure ATS data integrity and recruiting metrics, and support offer preparation, background checks, and onboarding handoffs. Strong organizational skills, proficiency with ATS platforms and Microsoft Office, and a proactive, professional approach are required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1+ years of recruiting coordination or HR operations experience; financial services exposure a plus
