Recruiting Coordinator - Campus/Early Careers - Amsterdam

Job Summary
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate screening, interview scheduling, and communication for campus and early-career pipelines. Maintain applicant tracking system records, draft offer letters and feedback summaries, and support logistics for virtual recruiting events. Contribute to recruitment reporting on pipeline metrics and time-to-hire, while assisting with employer branding initiatives and ad-hoc HR projects. Requires a Master's degree, previous recruiting experience, and fluency in English and Dutch. Full-time role with hybrid work expectations of at least three days onsite per week.
Required Qualifications
- Master degree completed
- Previous recruiting experience
- Strong interest in talent acquisition, HR, or consulting industry recruiting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Dutch
- Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
- Proactive, service-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to working across teams
- Comfortable using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- AI curiosity and learning mindset — explores AI tools and practical applications to improve day-to-day work
- All Marsh colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting events or employer branding activities
- Basic experience with data reporting or simple analytics in Excel
