Job Summary
Schedule and interview applicants, help prepare candidates for their first day on the job, answer phone calls, and respond to emails. Support the recruiting team in ensuring client satisfaction while guiding job seekers through their search journey. This role requires fluency in both Spanish and English and offers a stable Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm schedule. Comprehensive training is provided for candidates with no prior recruiting experience.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years in a customer service industry
- Strong written and verbal communication in both Spanish and English (fluent)
