Recruiting Coordinator

Job Summary
Recruiting Coordinator responsible for supporting full-cycle recruiting across multiple technical and non-technical positions. Responsibilities include coordinating and scheduling interviews with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and leadership; maintaining and updating recruiting pipelines in Rippling; creating and publishing job requisitions/descriptions; sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networks; conducting initial screenings to assess communication, experience, availability, compensation expectations, and fit; coordinating candidate communication and follow-ups; supporting external recruiting vendors; tracking recruiting metrics; maintaining organized interview notes and hiring records; assisting with onboarding documentation and pre-employment tasks; contributing to employer branding and candidate engagement; and partnering with HR leadership to improve workflows and efficiency. Ideal candidate traits emphasize organization, ownership, collaboration, adaptability, and the ability to operate in a fast-moving, global environment. Location noted as Costa Rica with contract-based engagement.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience supporting recruiting, talent acquisition, HR coordination, or recruiting operations
- Experience coordinating interviews and working within fast-paced recruiting environments
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Rippling, or similar platforms
- Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and recruiting platforms
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally
- Comfortable working with distributed/global teams and multiple stakeholders
- Strong follow-up and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple open positions simultaneously
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and move processes forward
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
- Strong interpersonal and candidate-facing communication
- High sense of urgency and responsiveness
