Job Summary
Recruiting Consultant responsible for talent acquisition, developing client-specific recruitment plans, interviewing and proactively marketing candidates to customers. Provides employee relations support to contract employees and collaborates with key client contacts to monitor performance. Responsibilities include research/sourcing, cold calling, interviewing candidates, posting positions to job boards, managing the placement process, achieving defined placement goals and gross margin targets, conducting orientations, and maintaining confidentiality. Core competencies include customer focus, valuing differences, effective communication, situational adaptability, driving results, and accountability. Occasional travel and a flexible schedule may be required; proficiency with placement software and strong recruitment and networking skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Two years of college education or experience equivalency
- minimum of 3 years' experience
- Experiences related to customer service environments requiring verbal and non-verbal communication skills
- Previous experiences related to human resource, customer service and/or recruitment
- Ability to operate personal computer and/or placement software
- Must work flexible schedule based on business needs. Additional nights/weekends may be required as business warrants.
