Job Summary
Paid Recruiting Assistant Intern at Bemana. You will learn full-cycle recruiting by assisting with candidate sourcing from databases, job boards, and social media; screening via phone and video; presenting resumes to clients; coordinating telephone, video, and in-person interviews; keeping candidates informed about the process; and supporting job and sales marketing campaigns. The role emphasizes energy, drive, and enthusiasm, with opportunities to grow professionally and potentially transition to a full-time Recruiter after graduation. Compensation includes $15/hour with occasional performance bonuses; internship may lead to a base salary of $50,000 plus uncapped commissions. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree by May 2026
