Job Summary
Organized, energetic Recruiting Assistant to help attract and hire soccer coaches that fit Soccer Shots’ mission. Responsibilities include managing job boards, scheduling and coordinating candidate interviews, exemplifying core values, finding Core Value fits, collaborating with departments to understand hiring needs, assisting recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of team members, executing recruiting events, ensuring compliance with state and federal requirements, creating an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding, assisting with exit interviews and employee feedback, and maintaining confidentiality. The role supports a part-time schedule with La Mesa, CA placement and involves collaboration on development and advancement opportunities within a mission-driven youth-soccer organization.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year commitment
- Background check must be passed
- Experience working with small to mid-sized businesses (preferred)
- Knowledge of child care state requirements (preferred)
- Recruitment experience (preferred)
- Campus recruiting (preferred)
- Ability to manage job boards and coordinate interviews
- Assist in recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of team members
- Support compliance with State and Federal requirements for employees
