Recruiting and Onboarding Specialist (Spanish & English)

Manage full-cycle recruitment by posting jobs across platforms, social media, and agencies; evaluate resumes, conduct interviews, and process background checks to narrow candidate pools. Create applicant pools and talent pipelines while updating applicant statuses in the ATS. Coordinate new hire orientations and onboarding transitions with managers and office staff, resolving onboarding issues across markets. Serve as a resource for employees and leadership throughout the hiring process. Handle high-volume recruiting for 3-4 hires weekly in nationwide markets. Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
