Job Summary
Manage full-cycle recruitment for peer support specialists and program staff by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, conducting candidate outreach, and coordinating interviews. Coordinate all pre-employment onboarding activities, including I-9 verification, background checks, clearances, credentialing, and scheduling orientation training. Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system and HRIS while tracking onboarding progress to ensure smooth new hire transitions. Partner with hiring managers to align staffing needs with timelines and assist with recruitment events and community outreach.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of onboarding, HR, recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, or healthcare administration experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple positions and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of employment documentation and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or human services preferred
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms preferred
