Job Summary
Recruiting and Administrative Specialist role blends talent acquisitions with office/administrative support. Responsibilities include posting openings on job boards, reviewing resumes, conducting phone screenings and initial interviews, coordinating interviews, reference checks, onboarding, maintaining applicant tracking records, answering inquiries, organizing files, ordering office supplies, and supporting HR, management, and other departments with administrative tasks. Key skills include strong verbal and written communication, organization and time management, attention to detail, customer service and interpersonal abilities, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to handle confidential information. Requires a High School diploma (associates or Bachelor’s preferred) and 2+ years of experience in recruiting, customer service, and administrative support. Required Qualifications

- 2+ years experience in recruiting, customer service and administrative support
- Experience with Recruiting
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Organization and time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to handle confidential information
