Job Summary
Account Manager / Customer Success Manager sought to manage client onboarding, ongoing engagement, and relationship management for a recruitment-focused agency. Responsibilities include serving as the point of contact for clients after sign-up, communicating timelines and deliverables, coordinating with recruitment teams, maintaining detailed records of client interactions, and identifying opportunities to upsell additional services with commission-based incentives. The role emphasizes proactive client engagement, timely follow-ups, educating clients on best practices for working with virtual assistants, and ensuring a high-quality client experience throughout the recruitment process. Requirements include prior customer-facing experience, strong communication and organizational skills, ability to work independently, and knowledge of recruitment or staffing, with advantageous familiarity of virtual assistants and talent markets in the Philippines, Latin America, and Africa. This is a fully remote, full-time position with a schedule aligned to U.S. business hours (PST).
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role such as Account Executive, Customer Success Manager, or similar
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused approach
- Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities effectively
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and problem-solve proactively
- Experience working in or with recruitment, staffing, or a related field is a plus
- Familiarity with virtual assistants and the talent landscape in the Philippines and Latin America is advantageous
- English language proficiency for all interactions
