Job Summary
Serve as the liaison between client managers, local offices, and contract employees through regular attendance at client production and staff meetings. Maximize profitability by understanding client needs and providing quality contractors while working at the client site to manage the temporary workforce. Assist with internal and client reporting as necessary and utilize available resources for conflict resolution. Perform various customer service related activities. This role is based in the manufacturing, logistics, construction, aviation, facilities, and maintenance sectors where Aerotek works with 95% of Fortune 500 companies.
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred, not required)
- Customer or sales focused experience
- Experience in a team-oriented environment
