Job Summary
Recruiter for Zoox's Business Enablement Team focusing on Finance, Legal, Policy, Facilities, and Safety. Own the full recruiting process from sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing, partnering with hiring managers and leadership to fill roles from entry-level to experienced hires. Leverage an ATS (Lever) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter) to build candidate pipelines, improve candidate experience, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience partnering directly with Hiring Managers
- Experience evaluating candidates for behavioral fit and role competencies
- Experience directly sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools
- Experience in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
