Job Summary
Recruiter responsible for end-to-end recruitment, managing high-volume candidate pipelines, and ensuring timely placement of qualified candidates across technical and non-technical roles. Responsibilities include sourcing via multiple channels, screening and coordinating interviews, extending offers, collaborating with the founder and team on hiring needs, building and promoting Zamp’s employer brand, and tracking recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement. Requires 3-9 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, strong sourcing and ATS proficiency, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.
Required Qualifications
- 3-9 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment
- ability to recruit both technical and non-technical roles
- proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- strong sourcing and candidate screening skills
- ability to coordinate interviews and extend offers
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
