Job Summary
Source and identify candidates through job boards, social platforms, and other recruiting channels; screen resumes and conduct initial candidate evaluations; coordinate interviews and communication between candidates and hiring teams; maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment updates; post job openings and manage recruitment platforms; build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs; support onboarding and hiring documentation processes; provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources, or a related role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and recruitment processes simultaneously
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, spreadsheets, and recruitment tools
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Professional and proactive mindset
