Job Summary
Recruiter ZA 3 responsibilities include sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates throughout the recruitment process; build and maintain talent pipelines; manage onboarding and hiring documentation; ensure a positive candidate experience; coordinate interviews and communicate between candidates and hiring teams; post job openings and maintain recruitment platforms. Required: experience in recruiting/talent acquisition; strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills; proficiency with ATS, spreadsheets, and recruitment tools; ability to work independently and collaboratively.
