Job Summary
Recruiter to identify, attract, screen, interview, and place candidates across contingent, temp-to-perm, and direct-hire roles; manage sourcing strategies, candidate engagement, onboarding coordination, and relationship management while ensuring compliance with employment laws and Workforce LLC standards. Responsibilities include coordinating interviews and onboarding activities, leveraging job boards and social networks, maintaining candidate files, tracking recruiting metrics, supporting workforce planning, and participating in events and outreach to sustain high-volume recruitment performance. Travel locally to customer sites or events as needed; strong communication, organizational, and customer-service skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, or related field preferred
