Job Summary
Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, from drafting and posting job ads to screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers for customer service roles. Identify and attract high-quality candidates with experience in BPO, call centers, and support teams while collaborating with department heads to understand hiring needs. Maintain an active pipeline of potential candidates to meet ongoing demands and ensure a professional candidate experience throughout the process. This role supports WorkaNova's rapid growth in Fintech, iGaming, and e-commerce sectors, requiring a minimum of three years of hands-on recruitment experience and C1-level English proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment
- Proven success in hiring for customer service roles
- Excellent screening and interviewing skills
- Strong eye for talent and cultural fit
- Deep understanding of the customer service industry
- High level of commitment, responsibility, and proactivity
- Proficiency in English at C1 level
