Job Summary
Own and execute full-cycle recruitment across multiple departments, from intake meetings through offer acceptance. Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles, develop recruiting strategies, and source top active and passive talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking. Conduct recruiter screens to evaluate technical qualifications and fit, then guide candidates through the interview process while coordinating schedules and managing communication between all stakeholders. Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System and leverage AI tools to improve sourcing, outreach, and hiring efficiency. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future needs while tracking metrics and providing regular hiring updates to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 2–4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced agency, startup, or high-growth environment
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, Google Workspace, and other recruiting technologies
- Strong AI user, with experience leveraging tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar AI platforms to improve sourcing, research, communication, and recruiting efficiency
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously
- Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize effectively, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Strong 'Figure It Out' mentality—resourceful, proactive, adaptable, and comfortable solving problems with minimal direction
Desired Qualifications
- Experience recruiting for marketing, digital marketing, creative, product, or technology roles is strongly preferred
