Job Summary
Recruiter with French needed to join Cielo as a trusted partner in talent acquisition across EMEA. Responsibilities include leading job-scope discussions with hiring leaders, reviewing ATS-submitted candidates, evaluating qualifications, developing sourcing and recruitment-marketing plans, sourcing via resume databases and Boolean search, soliciting referrals, engaging candidates through multiple media, preparing candidates for interviews, providing timely status updates, drafting interview templates, assessing candidates against requirements, and influencing hiring decisions with market data and compensation guidance. The role emphasizes service excellence, compliance (OFCCP), and building strong talent pipelines while partnering with hiring leaders to optimize offers and candidate acceptance. Remote work is available from Hungary or Poland, with manufacturing roles across the region. Education requirements include a high school diploma, with a Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; a minimum of two years of recruiting experience and proficiency with ATS and sourcing tools are expected.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources or related field strongly preferred
- Minimum of two or more years recruiting experience
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools
- Proficient in Boolean search techniques
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of Human Resources principles, practices and metrics related to talent acquisition
