Recruiter role for Cielo with remote work from Hungary or Poland. Responsibilities include sourcing and evaluating candidates, managing recruitment processes via ATS, developing sourcing and recruitment marketing plans, leveraging Boolean search, engaging and coaching candidates for interviews, keeping candidates updated, drafting interview templates, assessing qualifications, administering skills tests and background checks as needed, collaborating with hiring leaders on offers, and ensuring regulatory compliance and strong talent pipelines. Requires a high school diploma (bachelor’s degree preferred) and at least two years of recruiting experience; proficient in sourcing techniques, MS Office, and HR principles; strong communication and relationship-building skills. Remote, nationwide or cross-EMEA recruitment operations with focus on manufacturing roles across EMEA.
