Job Summary
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process by sourcing, interviewing, screening, matching, and onboarding qualified candidates for various client positions. Build strong relationships with candidates and clients through interview coaching, ongoing communication, offer negotiations, and ensuring a positive hiring experience. Develop recruiting pipelines by leveraging applicant tracking systems, job boards, LinkedIn, social media, networking events, community partnerships, and employee referrals to attract top talent. This role offers a competitive starting wage of $55,326.50 annually plus commission, four weeks of paid time off, and comprehensive health benefits. Required Qualifications
- Associate degree
- three or more years of direct recruiting experience
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting

- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
