Job Summary
We are recruiting a Recruiter to own full-cycle hiring across engineering, AI research, product, and business roles for US and European markets. You will source and engage exceptional talent, build pipelines for highly technical roles (AI/ML engineers, research engineers, product engineers), develop a deep understanding of AI, machine learning, LLMs, AI safety, and related technologies to assess candidates, conduct structured interviews, drive an exceptional candidate experience, and track and continuously improve hiring processes, tooling, and workflows. You’ll act as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers and leadership, collaborating with Head of HR and hiring managers to attract quality candidates and fill roles efficiently. Fluency in English (C1+) is required; experience hiring across the US and Europe and a track record of closing technical roles are highly valued. A big plus is experience recruiting for AI engineers, researchers, or AI researchers in AI startups or research organizations.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- experience hiring across the US and European markets
- strong track record of closing technical and engineering roles
- understand the fundamentals of software engineering, cloud infrastructure, machine learning, and modern AI systems
- confidently discuss concepts such as LLMs, AI safety, model training, inference, evaluation, agent systems, and machine learning workflows
- highly proactive and resourceful when sourcing difficult-to-find talent
- ability to build relationships with passive candidates and manage complex hiring processes
- excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment with ambiguity and evolving priorities
- fluent English (C1+)
- experience recruiting AI Engineers, Research Engineers, Applied Scientists, or AI Researchers (preferred)
