Job Summary
Recruiter position at WEC focused on partnering with a team to source, recruit, and screen candidates for diesel technology and heavy equipment roles; duties include brand ambassadorship, developing relationships with colleges and programs, leveraging technology and social media for recruiting, working with hiring managers to define role requirements, ensuring legal compliance, utilizing recruiting systems and reporting, building talent pipelines, and supporting military recruiting initiatives. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of recruiting experience, experience with hiring events and diversity/military recruiting, knowledge of EEOC/OFCCP, proficiency with MS Word/Excel, and U.S. work authorization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
- minimum of 2 years of recruiting, human resources, or similar experience in a highly regulated work environment
- experience leading and organizing hiring events
- experience with military and diversity talent acquisition and talent attraction initiatives
- basic knowledge of EEOC and OFCCP requirements
- basic experience with MS Word and Excel
- valid work authorization in the U.S. without sponsorship
- strong communication and analytic skills
- valid driver’s license
