Job Summary
Maintain applicant tracking systems, screen and interview applicants using behavioral guidelines, and process employment applications to evaluate qualifications. Coordinate background checks and drug testing, enter new hire data into HRIS, and assist with orientation scheduling. Prepare job postings for internal and external databases, compile payroll information, and distribute paychecks. Ensure human resource files are maintained according to legal requirements while providing administrative support such as filing and faxing. Back up other HR staff as needed. This role requires a valid driver's license, Microsoft Excel knowledge, and experience in interviewing.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in interviewing
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Valid Driver's license
- No more than 2 traffic violations or 1 chargeable accident within the past three years
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Must have Microsoft Excel knowledge
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience in all areas of human resource duties or equivalent education
- Positive attitude when working with customers
- Knowledge of employment
